On the ground floor, this room is around 440 sq ft and sleeps up to four people in a king-size bed plus two couch beds — a practical layout for a couple travelling with one or two children, or three adults sharing. It has a private balcony and sea views.

Family Deluxe Room, Sea & River View

The second family deluxe room shares the same 440 sq ft footprint and king-bed-plus-two-couch-beds configuration, with the added outlook of the Gin River estuary alongside the sea. It is a good fit for families who want to fall asleep to the sound of water on both sides of the villa.

Triple Budget Room

For travellers who don't need a sea-view room, the triple budget room sleeps three and is finished to the same standard of cleanliness and comfort — air conditioned, hot-water shower, fully sanitized — just without the balcony and sea outlook of the deluxe rooms.

Groups and multi-generation families often book the entire property: all four family deluxe rooms plus the triple budget room, together with the shared living room, dining room, kitchen, garden and courtyard pool. Meals can be arranged around the whole group.
